1.Warranty Policy
1)Warranty period
A)All products bought from Elites will be entitled to one-year warranty service.
B)If the customer does not need one-year warranty service offered by Elites, the related condition can be negotiated.
2)In warranty
In warranty period, in case of any quality problem, Elites will take responsibility of free repair and cover all shipping cost (The customer need to pay the shipping cost before Elites defines the problems as quality issues, once the problem is defined as quality issues, Elites will return all shipping cost ).
3)Out of warranty
A)The product is out of warranty period.
B)Improperly use against the user guide, demage, remove or replace the parts of product or identification labels without permission.
C)Force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, typhoon, earthquake etc)..
For the repair of Out-of-Warranty products, Elites will charge reasonable fee and all shipping cost must be paid by customer.
2.Warranty Procedures
1) The customer fills out the RMA Request Form, then fax or email it to Elites; Elites confirms the request and gives customer feedback within 2 working days.
2) The customer sends the defective products to Elites (the defective product must be packed well to avoid damage during the delivery).
3) Elites RMA engineers will check the product within 2 working days once arrival, and finish the repair within 10 working days.
4) Elites RMA engineer will repair the defective product and test strictly to make sure that it can work normally. A test report will be presented accordingly.
5) The repaired product will be packed well and shipped to customer. Elites will inform the tracking number of parcel to customer by email.
3.Service Comment
Elites will supply efficient after service to customer. For general enquiry, it will be responded within 2 working days and solved completely within 10 working days.
